New Builds & Extensions
Complete structural construction from foundation to finish. We can work with your existing approved plans or provide professional drafting services for new concepts. We offer flexible procurement: full-supply (all materials included) or labor-only packages where the client provides materials.
Plastering, Flooring, Roofing
Specialized finishing for durability and aesthetics. From modern roofing systems to polished concrete or screed flooring. We typically provide all bonding agents and specialized materials, while major aggregates can be supplied by the client or through our logistics network.
Tiling & Painting
Precision decorative finishes for interior and exterior surfaces. We assist with selecting the right tile grades and paint types. Clients can supply their own decorative tiles and paint colors, or we can provide all-inclusive quotes based on premium local or imported ranges.
Plumbing
From basic water reticulation to complex drainage systems and bathroom installations. We conduct site assessments to verify pressure and drainage requirements before starting. Typically, we supply the piping and fittings, while the client selects the final sanitaryware/fixtures.
Electrical Maintenance
Full house wiring, DB board upgrades, and fault detection. All work is done to ZESA standards. We recommend a full-supply model for wiring to ensure component quality, while the client can provide their preferred light fixtures and socket styles.
Built-in Cupboards
Custom carpentry for bedrooms and storage areas. We take exact site measurements and provide 3D design concepts. Usually provided as a turn-key solution (we supply board, handles, and hinges) to guarantee the precision of the fit and finish.
Kitchen Fittings
Modern kitchen remodels focusing on ergonomics. We start with a space-optimization plan. We can supply the entire unit including granite/quartz tops, or install client-bought modular kits, providing the expert craftsmanship needed for a seamless look.
Ceilings
Installation of PVC, Rhino Board, and decorative tray ceilings. We handle everything from the timber/steel brandering to the final painting. All-inclusive supply packages are recommended to ensure all necessary suspension materials are of the correct weight-bearing grade.
Curtain Rods
Professional installation of heavy-duty tracks and decorative rods. We provide secure wall anchoring suitable for different wall types (brick/drywall). Clients typically provide the rods of their choice, and we supply the specialized mounting hardware.
Borehole Drilling
Turnkey water solutions from siting and drilling to casing and capacity testing. We assist with obtaining the necessary water permits. We offer full-service packages (drilling + pump + tank) or can perform individual stages based on client needs.
Solar Installations
Off-grid and grid-tied solar systems tailored to your energy consumption. We perform a load audit to determine the required system size. We can supply the full kit (panels, inverters, batteries) or offer expert installation services for client-sourced components.
Commercial Construction
We undertake a variety of commercial projects, including new builds and office refurbishments, with a focus on minimizing business interruption.
New Stands Servicing
Infrastructure development for new housing schemes or business parks, including road networking and utility connection. We manage everything from land surveying to the final inspections. All-inclusive project management with materials provided.

Modernizing workspace layouts with partitions, lighting, and data cabling. We start with a space efficiency audit. We offer flexible arrangements: we can supply high-grade commercial materials or work with the client's preferred furniture/fit-out suppliers.
Steel Fabrication
Custom structural steelwork for warehouses, gates, and mezzanines. Our engineers assist with structural calculations and design. We typically supply the raw steel and handle on-site welding and installation to ensure structural integrity.
Aluminum Windows
High-durability aluminum framing for storefronts and modern residences. We handle custom sizing and glazing. Usually provided as a supply-and-fit service to guarantee the weatherproofing and alignment of the frames.
Glass Work & Joinery
Architectural glass installations and custom wood shopfitting. We provide material samples and safety glass certifications. We manage the entire supply chain to ensure high-quality toughened glass and premium wood finishes.
